In October of 2015 I found Stephy's Place while researching support groups for a friend of a mutual friend that lost her son. My son Jason 23 passed away in June. I decided to register for a Child Loss Group myself. It was the best decision I ever made. Stephy's Place was the light in my darkness my safe place. There I met my Stephy's Place family. There I found my purpose studying to show full storybecome a Certified Thanatologist. Most of all there I found a way to live again, to honor my Jay. I have been a Stephy's Place cofacilitator for almost five years to give back to the Place that helped me the most in my darkest days.
