We called on Bikur Cholim 3 times this past summer during my mother’s last months. They were an absolute Godsend for us and for her. Their quick response, care and attention esp. during this time of Covid was remarkable. They helped to ensure I could be in the room with her vs. the painful stories we heard of people lying and dying alone in hospital rooms.
So, I am excited to be biking again in the Bikur Cholim of Baltimore Bike-a-Thon! Money raised from this ride will be used to provide support services to countless individuals and families from the Baltimore community, as well as people coming from all over the world to Baltimore to receive medical care from our world-class medical institutions.
