I am a survivor myself. My beautiful family has lifted me up and showed me the “truths” I once believed to be “lies” that ultimately fueled my thoughts, behaviors and actions! I am becoming a warrior for my life! Gaining strength and self esteem. Self love and self respect. It may take daily practice to believe in my value and self worth but it has been worth the fight every day!!
My mother introduced me to this amazing fundraiser and we are so excited to be participating in the Let's Walk, Let's Talk ... Stepping Together to Prevent Suicide. Money raised from this event will be used to raise awareness of suicide prevention in our community. What a beautiful way to celebrate my life and show support to all those who struggle with the same core beliefs. 

 

my new mantra:

 “I can’t always believe everything I think”.

It’s not all about not wanting to live anymore, rather not “knowing” how to live! Not knowing how to live being me or how to be me at all. I know now I need help consistently to really live  the life God intended for me and to be the woman I have always intended to be. I also know I can’t navigate through my life by myself-relying on my thoughts ONLY alone!!! I am so grateful for the immense amount of CONTINUOS love, support, patience n compassion that is shown to me so graciously by the people in my life.
I am truly blessed n grateful to be here to talk about it!
