As many of you know, we lost our sweet little guy, Jayden Carter Kelley on January 26th, 2015. He was born at 39 weeks and 1 day without a heartbeat. We have no known cause for what happened to our baby boy. Since then, we have spent a significant amount of time looking for an answer. What we found is that 50% of the time, Dr's do not know why a baby is born sleeping. We have been inspired to change this!
Ever since Jayden’s birth, we knew we wanted to ensure that his life mattered and that he would make a difference in the world. We decided to raise money in his honor and hopefully help save future babies. We believe that the Star Legacy Foundation is the organization in which our little guy will make a difference.
So thank you for joining us on this journey and supporting us. We hope that in our lifetime, the 26,000 families a year in the United States who suffer the loss of a child to stillbirth can be significantly reduced through enhanced research and education.
