Hi Friends! Lace up your shoes and get ready to walk with me! We’re doing a special walk called “Strides for Stripes” to help people who are sick with neuroendocrine cancer. This walk is extra special for me because both my mom and my grandma have neuroendocrine cancer, and we run NCAN together as a family to help others! What is the Zebra Walk? It’s a fun walk where we
show full storycan show we care about people who are sick. You can walk by yourself, with your family, or with friends, and each step helps raise money to support NCAN’s programs. Two Ways to Walk: 1. Walk Anytime, Anywhere! This is called the Virtual Zebra Walk. You can do this walk any day from now until December 1st! Walk with your family, your pet, or even just by yourself! It’s all about helping people. 2. Come to the Carolina Zebra Walk in Rock Hill! When: Sunday, November 3rd from 11:30 AM to 3 PM. Where: Cherry Park at The Open Shelter, 1466 Cherry Rd, Rock Hill, SC. (We’ll walk even if it rains!) How to Join: Ask your grown-up to scan the QR code to sign you up! You’ll get a Zebra Walk kit with a cool T-shirt or warm hat, plus fun tips on how to make your walk extra special! Tell Everyone! Ask your friends and family to walk with you, too! You can show pictures of your walk and share them on social media with the hashtag #NCANZebraWalk. Let’s Help Together!
