Money raised will support Camp Sojourner, a nonprofit leadership program for Philadelphia girls ages 8-18, which offers year-round leadership development including mentoring, service projects, creative arts, nature hikes, college tours, and a one-week overnight camp (girlsleadershipcamp.org). Camp Sojourner, Girls’ Leadership Camp helps Philadelphia show full storygirls, regardless of their economic background, have the opportunity to take charge of their own lives and be agents of positive change in their communities. All programs are offered on a sliding scale, with significant scholarships.
