I am so excited to be participating in the 10th Annual Strides for Stripes Zebra Walk for my Mom, Rosie. She was not only my Mom but my best friend. She was a fighter and never gave up. She taught me so much and most importantly how to be kind and to help others. I am asking you to help me raise funds so NCAN, Maryann & Bob, can continue to raise awareness. They have dedicated their lives to this rare disease.
Carcinoid is a neuroendocrine tumor, they are often not benign but metastasize to other organs commonly the liver. Many doctors are not familiar with this disease and your symptoms go unexplained for years. This is my Mom's story. Don't let this happen to your loved ones.

We're a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness of Neuroendocrine Cancer, providing support for caregivers and people with NETs, and funding for NET cancer research. Since 2003, it has been our mission, or as we like to say, our passion, to educate and support the NET community as a whole. That’s our thing.
