For the 5th year now, we are so thankful that University of South Carolina Pharmacy PPAG group is again hosting this 5K Walk/Run to raise money to help the mission of Cure Sanfilippo Foundation.
I am so excited to be participating in the Super Eliza 5K, in honor of my precious daughter Eliza, who lives courageously with Sanfilippo Syndrome. Money raised from this event will be used for urgent research to bring more clinical trial options to children, for hopeful treatments to slow or stop the disease and help the quality of life. A cure is out there. We just have to keep going and get it.
