This is my 3rd season playing hockey and I absolutely LOVE it! This year I'm a Squirt 1 and its also my 2nd year playing for the Shaker Ladies. I like playing on Squirt 1 and the Shaker Ladies is SO much fun. I'm a forward and I love getting break aways. This year I'm really working on my shot and I hope to score more goals than last year!
I am so excited to be participating in the SYHA Skate-a-Thon! Our program is growing and money raised from this event will be used to help support the additional costs necessary to run the program and to generate pride and excitement in our hockey players.

This is the key fundraiser to help support the additional costs necessary to run the program, such as purchasing additional ice time, new goalie equipment for younger players, baseline testing, tournaments for each team, and additional coaching tools.
