I am so excited to participate in the 2025 MN Brain Tumor 5K! Money raised from this event will be used for brain tumor research.
Today nearly 700,000 people in the United States are living with a primary brain tumor, and more than 69,000 others will be diagnosed this year. Brain tumors are often deadly, impact quality of life, and change everything for patients and their loved ones.
Please help by sponsoring me today in honor of my sister, Laura. Laura was not only my sister, but my best friend - there is truly no one else in this world like her. I believe everyone that knew her would say the same. We were all lucky to have had her light in our life and now as our angel among us.
On June 3, 2020, Laura Walsh, found out she had a 4 cm tumor wrapped around her brain stem. This was only 2 weeks after delivering her 3rd child, Irelynn Marie. Laura and Keegan created 3 of the sweetest kids - Now 8, 6 and 4. Laura fought for over 3 years - we miss her every day!
