I am so excited to be participating in the Yash Gandhi Foundation i Run for i-Cell 5K. Money raised from this event will be used to create a worldwide awareness of I-cell disease as well as to actively seek intellectual and monetary contributions to enhance research initiatives that would assist in improving the overall quality of life among children with I-cell disease.

Emily was born December 4 1997 early weighing 3lbs4oz and only 13inches long. We knew with prenatal testing and frequent ultrasounds she was not well. She was amazing daughter. She loved life. We were fortunate to have her till right before her 7th Birthday. We miss her everyday. Research is helping these awesome children to be with their families longer. Treatments and development of cure for I-cell is all privately funded. Much from the families of I-cell children.
