1. How do I begin?

2. What is the schedule of the day?
Registration will start at 9:45am.  The program at 10:45am.  There will be speakers, craft vendors, food trucks, organization tables, and a children's section.  After speakers , together we will walk around the field.  (Approximately 4/10 of a mile) for those who would like to continue walking there is a longer hiking trails on the property.  
 
3. How can my sponsors submit payment?
Online contributions can be made by credit card on the walker's personalized page found on this website. Just make sure to tell your sponsors to select your name from the list of walkers. 
 
4. Can’t walk but still want to join us?
No problem!  If you are not able to walk there will be tables and chairs to set up to enjoy the music , speakers and the day!
 
5.  What if it rains?
The event will occur rain or shine, please come appropriately dressed for the weather.  
 
6. Is there a refund/exchange policy?
Yes. If a donation was made accidentally or for the wrong amount, simply make us aware of the issue and we will be happy to make any necessary refunds, changes or corrections. Walk fees are not refundable.
 
7. How accessible is parking?
When you arrive at the location there will be volunteers directing you to parking spots. For those who need it there will be handicap spots available.  There is no fee for parking.
 
8. May I bring my own chair, or snacks?
Absolutely, there is plenty of room for everyone , feel free to bring a chair or blanket with you for your comfort.
 
9. Can I bring my dog?
Yes you can but the dog must be on a leash at all time, and you are responsible to clean up after your dog.  If any dogs are seen unleashed for the safety of all and by CT law we will have to ask you to remove the pet from the property.
