I worked with J-ADD from 1998 - 2011.  During that time, the organization grew from 3 homes to 7 homes in addition to a series of apartments serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  I left in 2011 to pursue a different career opportunity, but I returned in 2021 and I am thrilled to be home.  During the time I was gone, a brand new state of the art group home was opened in Teaneck (the Bressman Home) and several of the other homes were completely or partially renovated (including adding accessibility where it didn't exist before).  Being part of the J-ADD family means so much more to me than just being where I work.
