SHHS Raider Crew is a high school novice & varsity rowing team for both men & women, rowing on the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland, Ohio. The teams train during the academic year, from fall head season through spring sprints and the Midwest Scholastic Rowing Championships in mid-May.

This school year marks 25 years of rowing for Shaker Heights High School and brings with it a new coach to propel us into our next chapter. We strive to develop a foundation of determination, resilience, and hard work both in the classroom and on the water. Our student-athletes have gone on to row at the USRowing Olympic Development Program and the World Rowing Championships, have won NCAA National Championships and rowed for universities all across the country.

Each year we use fundraising to supplement our fees and school district resources. All funds raised allow us to keep our fleet in top shape and help offset programmatic costs for every athlete.

The funds generated by the Annual Fund will support our efforts to purchase new equipment to keep our rowers competitive!
