Walk or Run to Help Transform Our Community!
The Sowing Empowerment and Economic Development (SEED) Inc.’s annual walk/run is an inspiring, family event that unites our communities-from Maryland to Michigan-behind the mission of SEED: to help low-income families move from dependency to self-sufficiency.
Our run will be held virtually this year so participants of all skill levels who like to run, walk, or a combination of both, should join us for this year’s run. You can use a treadmill, neighborhood sidewalk, or a local park. No travel, no parking, no long lines at the porta-potty or food line! You can run or walk from any location, at your own pace, and time it yourself.
Walk or run with us! The SEEDs you sow will reap a lifetime harvest for thousands of families in our community.
