Even though we just released a new update only 10 days ago, we didn’t want to delay giving you two new Wizathon system features that will help you in your fundraising efforts.
Email Letter Library
To help make your job easier in motivating and informing your event participants, we've created an email letter library. This library has sample letters to send to participants from last year, this year and to those who, well, haven't done any fundraising yet. There are also sample letters for team captains and sponsors. You can access this library by going to the Email Jobs tab and clicking the Sample Letter Library button. Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any questions regarding sending emails to specific groups of people or if you'd like for us to create a sample letter that does not yet exist in the letter library.
Participant/Team Captain Help
We created this new participants help section so you can spend more time focused on your event fundraising and less time answering “How To” questions. How do I set up my fundraising page? How do I send thank you emails to my sponsors? How do I change teams? How do I see my members from last year's event? These are just a few of the questions that you may have received from your participants. Now, when a participant logs in to their personal fundraising center, they will see a Help button at the top of their page. This button links to a Participant FAQ page with questions listed along with links to their answers. Change the number of times a discount code can be used to be per participant rather than per registration
During registration checkout, include a check box to automatically fill the first participant's name and email address into the checkout form.
