••• Options to Lower Your Wizathon and Credit Card Fees •••

Registration: Charge a mandatory Sign Up fee during registration making using our registration system ABSOLUTELY FREE or allow the registrant to decide whether they want to cover your registration fees, lowering the fees associated with registration.
Donors: Allow donor the option to choose to pay your processing fees -- you can realize 100% of the donation. Our data shows that when given the choice, on average 40% or more of donors choose to pay these fees.

All setup fees are non-refundable.
PBCS Technology, the owner of the Wizathon fundraising platform, reserves the right to waive any fees.

 

* If your previous Wizathon event raised, in credit card donations, more than $20,000, the reset fee will be waived.

 

** PBCS reserves the right to charge 5% for events whose goals are less than $10,000 or events, that in the past, raised less than $10,000

 

*** Stripe charges 2.9% plus $0.30/transaction. For 501(c) nonprofits that request non-profit pricing, Stripe charges 2.2% plus $0.30/transaction for Visa, Mastercard and Discover, and 3.5% for American Express credit cards.
